Hi Eva! Thanks for visiting planDisney.
I hope you're recovering quickly from your surgery! With a little advanced planning, I think you'll really enjoy your visit regardless of your current mobility limitations. I've been in a situation where I ended up having to
rent a wheelchair in the parks, and thanks to the convenient rental, I was able to have as much fun as the rest of the family.
There are
lockers available for daily rentals, where you can store items you won't be using in the parks. Prices reflect locker size and are subject to change. I suspect you could use a larger locker. If you can measure your devices, you'll know in advance what size you'll need. Large-size lockers are 15” wide x 16.6” high x 22.6” deep, extra-large are 15” wide x 23” high x 22.6” deep, and jumbo lockers are 18” wide x 25” high x 37” deep. All of these larger-sized lockers are available to rent by the Disneyland Park entrance on the Esplanade. You can locate them on the map in the
Disneyland mobile app by changing the selection at the top to "Guests Services."
I have some Attraction-related mobility information for you, which might be useful. Many
Attractions allow Guests to stay in their wheelchair or mobility device, while others require you to
transfer. There are a limited number of Attractions that require Guests to be
ambulatory to enjoy the Attraction, including the newly reopened
Adventureland Treehouse inspired by Walt Disney’s Swiss Family Robinson in Adventureland at Disneyland Park. However, with planning, you can determine ahead of time what Attractions you can best enjoy and put those that aren't the right fit on your must-do list for your next visit.
I hope this helps!
Elizabeth
