Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Richard! Since Epcot's opening in 1982, millions of visitors have stopped and read the dedication plaque, which says, "To all who come to this place of joy, hope, and friendship, welcome." This embodies what I love about
Epcot, and more specifically, the World Showcase. I know I've arrived at The Most Magical Place on Earth when I reach the UK Pavillion.

British Revolution = A Happy Mom!
Guests feel as though they've gone across the pond when they enter the
Rose & Crown Dining Room, which serves up traditional beers, ciders, and scotches from the UK. I've searched high and low for the recipe for the Cider and Fireball. According to the
menu on the Walt Disney World website, it contains Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey, Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, and Strongbow Cider topped with Ginger Ale. Although I couldn't find an exact recipe, there was a fun "copycat" one on a Disney blogger's website:
Ingredients:
1 shot Fireball Whiskey
1 cup Cider
1 Splash Ginger Ale
1 tablespoon Cinnamon and Sugar
Instructions:
Take a cocktail glass, dip the rim in a water on a small plate. Then dip into cinnamon and sugar poured onto a small plate. Spin glass to cover completely.
Fill cinnamon and sugar-rimmed glass with ice.
Pour Fireball Whiskey over top of the ice.
Add cider over the Fireball.
Finish with a splash of ginger ale. Stir and enjoy!
I hope this brings back memories of your magical day at Epcot, Richard! I hope we see ya' again real soon!
