I recently dined at ale and compass at Disney yacht club for breakfast and really enjoyed the chilled overnight oats from the buffet . I would love to have the recipe or the ingredients so I can make them at home. Is that possible?

    Hi Rosiland!

Oh, how I love chilled overnight oats! Ale & Compass at Disney's Yacht Club is one of my favorite places to eat. Their breakfast buffet is incredible! From the chilled overnight oats to the dark chocolate waffles, the food is out of this world.

The secret to the chilled overnight oats at Ale & Compass is the chia seeds! While I don't have the official Disney recipe, I have a great recipe that tastes just like it!

Fill a glass mason jar with 1/2 cup dry oats, 1/2 cup milk (I use oat milk), 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 1/2 tsp of chia seeds. Cover the jar and shake vigorously. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, top with 1/4 cup sliced strawberries. Yum! You can also substitute strawberry Kefir for the Greek yogurt for a yummy variation.

    Magically,
