Hey there, hi there, ho there, you’re as welcome as can be at planDisney, Marc!
Thanks for stopping by with your question for us.
I’m elated to hEAR your magical vacation starts very soon! You’re going to love
Magic Kingdom Park with your family! I like to arrive first thing in the morning and get as much done as I possibly can before the afternoon crowds hit. Even with this in mind, I try to take some time to truly enjoy stepping into the world of fantasy and where dreams come true. You’re going to love the moment you walk onto Main Street, U.S.A., and listen to the cheerful sounds of music playing in the background. I can’t wait for you to smell the delicious scents of delectable delights as you walk by (or stop into)
Main Street Bakery for some magic in a cup. You’re going to have the most enchanting time with your family, Marc!
Let’s discuss how to help you figure this out before your Magic Kingdom Park day arrives. It sounds like you had already purchased a package of a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel room and Theme Park tickets, as well as having made your
Disney Park Pass reservations. In the unfortunate case that it shows no Park Pass reservations, there is not a way to add them on due to the Theme Park Pass Availability being unavailable. I would advise you to call the Internet Help Desk at 407-939-7765 so that a Cast Member can look into your account to see if they can assist you in finding where your Park Pass reservations are.
With the
Theme Park Availability Calendar out, I can already see things are starting to look better after Easter. I am a planner through and through, so in the event that you may need to reschedule your vacation, I would have a set of back-up dates in mind, should the need arise.
I am sending all the pixie-dust your way in hope that the Cast Member is able to find your Disney Park Pass reservations, Marc!
