Jen, I’d be happy to point you in the right direction! You can enjoy peace of mind because the current cancellation policy states that any Disney-imposed change and cancellation fees will be waived up to the date of check-in your reservations with arrivals through December 31, 2020. Whenever you cancel, you should see the refund in your account within 7-10 days. That being said, if you are wanting to check the status of it and make sure the refund was processed, our reservations team can check that for you. You can
contact Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you! There is also a Chat function if you look towards the top right side of the page; if you choose to do that, a Cast Member can send you a form to fill out and the Reservations department can get with you as soon as possible.
