I recently had to cancel reservations for Disneyland due to an emergency. I am just wondering how long my tickets are good for? 5 of us have two day (one park per day) tickets and one person has a single day ticket, if that’s relevant info. Thank you:)

Welcome to planDisney, Talia! We appreciate you stopping by with your question. I'm happy to help!

Mickey and I are sorry to hear about your unplanned trip hiccup. We are glad you're planning to reschedule! If you bought your tickets directly through the Disneyland website, look for your attached tickets in your email confirmation, as the expiration dates are printed on them. 1-day tickets purchased this year are valid now through December 30, 2023. Multi-day tickets purchased this year must be used within 13 days of first use and must be used in full by January 12, 2024.

When you cancel your park reservations, it only cancels that, not the park ticket(s). You will use the same ticket(s) to rebook based on availability for that ticket type through the expiration date (1-day tickets can be rebooked for the same tier or lower only.). Theme park admission will stay on your account until used or it expires. When you pick your new date(s), you'll need to make park reservations through the Disneyland website. Under the "My Disneyland" tab, click on "ticket and reservation details," then on the blue bar that says "Make Park Reservations," and finally on "Book Theme Park Reservations."

I hope this helps, Talia! Make sure to follow planDisney on Instagram. Our Panelists are often in the parks, so it's a great place to look for information about the holidays and the upcoming Lunar New Year!
