    Hi! I recently just bought E tickets for the reopening. It turns out that one member of my party cannot make the day that we reserved. Can someone else use the ticket even though it is under a different name? It is unused. Thank you!

You may experience some wait time before being connected to a Cast Member, and we would be so very appreciative of your patience.
