I recently bought a disney gift card online to use at the parks. The gift card is in paper form. Is there anyway i can transfer it to an actual card in Disney.

Hi there, Neely! I am so happy that you came back to see us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am sure you are in full planning mode now.

One of my absolute favorite ways to save on a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is by purchasing discounted gift cards, which I then use to pay for tickets, hotel rooms, and even for in-park purchases.

Neely, you have three options to use your digital gift card as a form of payment within the parks:

You may print off your digital gift card, and use your paper gift card for in-park purchases.

You may present your digital gift card to the Cast Member at the point of purchase by showing them the gift card on your phone. The Cast Member will then be able to either scan the bar code or type in the bar code and pin.

Lastly, you can always purchase a physical gift card with a small denomination and transfer your digital gift card to the physical one on the Disney Gift Card website. This option is the one that I personally recommend and why I never throw away an empty gift card! They can always be reloaded.

I hope that this helped, Neely! Please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if we can help as you plan your magical vacation.

We hope to see ya real soon!
