    I am receiving the message below when logging into My Disney Experience. Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/plan/my-disney-experience/?" on this server

    Hi Brian! 

    I double-checked the link that you provided and it is definitely the right link and it worked for me. Oftentimes technical difficulties can be resolved by completing the following actions:

    1. Check to make sure you are using one of Disney's recommended web browsers.  Disneyworld.com is designed for optimal viewing with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. You will also want to make sure that your browser is up-to-date and you can use these links to update your browser.
    2. Clear your cache and cookies. Oftentimes, errors will go away once you clear the cache and restart your computer.
    If you are still experiencing technical difficulties, call (407) 939-7765 to resolve the issue.

    I see that you are visiting in June of this year. That is so exciting! When you arrive Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will be open! I can't wait to experience this new attraction!
