    I received the Walt Disney Travel Company voucher booklet in the mail. What are the plastic cards I received ("What ill you celebrate?" and a hole on top) and what are the 4 clear, stretchy, lanyard-like, long plastic rings that came with them?

    Hi Sandra those are your luggage tags that you can proudly display on your luggage while you travel to WDW.  My girls love getting theirs each time we book our trip and they especially love how they change each year.  It's just a little extra from WDW for you to enjoy.  I hope you and your family have a magical trip!
