    I just received the vacation planning DVD. Inside is the letter that says to go to vpd.disneyparks.com with my name and a number but can't seem to locate it

    Hi Kathleen! You're not alone; we've heard from other guests who have had similar problems accessing the trip planning website referenced in the Disney Vacation Planning DVD letter. First, make sure that you're typing the website exactly as shown and not transposing any of the letters or numbers or inserting "www" in front of the address. If you're still unable to pull up this link, I recommend that you contact the friendly Technical Support folks for the Disney website at 407-939-7765 to see if they can help you troubleshoot the problem you're having.
