I received two complimentary tickets last December for volunteering at the Candlelight service at Epcot. How do I verify if they are not expired?

Hey, Amy! Thank you so much for volunteering your time last year at one of Walt Disney World Resort's most beautiful seasonal events. The Candlelight Processional is always on our Disney must-do list. We were so thankful that the Disney Parks Blog live-streamed one of the shows this year since we were not able to make it to Epcot. We actually pulled it up on their YouTube channel on Christmas night to watch it again with my family.

Amy, you may have some success calling the Existing Tickets line to check on the expiration date of your complimentary tickets. However, in my experience with these types of tickets, you may need to present them at one of the theme park ticket windows to have them checked. Many Disney Theme Park Tickets can be verified over the phone, but there are special ones such as yours that have to be validated by Guest Services in-person to provide exact information on their usage.

Thank you for stopping by with your question and I hope you have a magical visit to Epcot! In case you do plan to visit before December 30, know that this year's Candlelight Processional is still being celebrated. Hopefully, you will get another chance to experience it!
