Hi, Reggy!
Welcome to
planDisney. Thank you for stopping by to ask us this question about
Disneyland Resort tickets. I’d be happy to help you explore possible options!
I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t able to plan a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth before your
theme park tickets expired. Although Disneyland Resort tickets are non-refundable, the price paid for a completely unused standard theme park ticket (even if it has reached its expiration date) can usually be applied as credit toward the purchase of a new ticket for a future trip at the current price.
However, if you did happen to use one or more days of multi-day tickets for entry to
Disneyland Park or
Disney California Adventure Park, those tickets would have expired 13 days after they were first used, even if you still had more days left. If you have additional questions or would like to see if the expired tickets in your possession are eligible for upgrading, you’re welcome to call (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member about the details of your specific situation. Please be sure to have all of your ticket details handy when you call.
I hope this information helps answer your question, Reggy. Please
stop by again and ask us any other Disneyland Resort planning questions you may have as you make your pixie-dusted plans!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
