In most cases, if a ticket hasn’t been used, the value can be applied toward a new ticket. I spoke with a helpful Cast Member to see if this change could be made online, but unfortunately, that option isn’t currently available. While you may be able to sort things out at a Guest Relations location once you arrive, the best course of action is to call and speak directly with the Ticketing team. Just call the main
Walt Disney World phone number and ask to be connected to Ticketing. You'll be park hopping in no time!
