I just received my Memory Maker card in the mail. Do I need to link this card to my "mydisneyexperience" account and if so how?

    Hi Shawn,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!  I'm so glad to hear you'll be using Memory Maker for your upcoming trip.  I've had a few chances to use the service myself and now I can't imagine taking a Walt Disney World vacation without it.

You will want to be sure Memory Maker is linked to your account in advance.  If you made your purchase online or as part of a vacation package, that may have already been done for you.  If not, I'm happy to say that it's super easy to do yourself.  Just visit your "My Disney Experience" account and choose "My Reservations and Tickets," then scroll all the way to the bottom and you'll see the section that lists your Memory Maker purchases.  If you don't see the purchase there, just select the "Link Memory Maker" button to enter the ID number from your Memory Maker card or the ticket order number.

While you're in your account, you'll also want to be sure you have everyone in your travel party on your Family & Friends list (and be sure you're allowing them to share your PhotoPass Photos).  That way, you won't miss a single magical photo captured of your group during your magical adventure!

I hope that helps, Shawn, but please let us know if you have any other questions.
