received a flex offer for CBR while pricing dates and purchased. I know that reservation can not be modified but may i add another day of tickets on or take away a day? thank you:)

Hi Lindsay! WOW!!!  Scoring a "flex-deal" while booking your Walt Disney World vacation is truly like finding the needle in a haystack.  A "flex-deal" occurs when you are planning a WDW vacation, either online or via telephone, and you are offered an upgrade to a resort for a ridiculously discounted price.  These are random and come with strict rules.  These rules indicate that you cannot change your reservation.  You are unable to change the day of arrival and departure nor are you able to change the tickets associated with your reservation.  Its essentially set in stone, with the exception of cancelling.  Those follow the general WDW policies and fees.

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Malanie, New York

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
