    I received my final itinerary for our honeymoon trip starting Aug 28. It said that our luggage tags and magical extras coupons would be mailed to us before our arrival. Do you know when these will be mailed. We will leave a week before for our wedding.

    Thanks for asking your question to planDisney, and CONGRATULATIONS!

    As many happy couples before you can attest, Walt Disney World is a wonderful place to spend your honeymoon. You can celebrate starting your adult lives together by being kids in the most magical place on earth!

    I know your itinerary states that you would get your Magical Extras by mail, and you will still get them. But Disney is currently holding those for you upon your arrival at your Disney Resort Hotel, instead of shipping them ahead of time. While it would be nice to deck out your luggage with their new tags as you start your trip, you will be able to have your bags travel home with a bit of magic!

    BONUS TIP #1
    Make sure you have some pool time scheduled on your trip. I am NOT a sit by the pool kind of guy, but a day into my honeymoon I realized just how exhausting all the fanfare around the wedding had been. Also, I typically find on most vacations that renting a cabana is too steep for our budget. But we have found the cabana rentals at some of the Disney resort hotels to be comparatively affordable, and many offer 1/2-day rentals.
