I received an email yesterday saying my ticket order is being processed and I will receive subsequent email when that is done. How long does that take?

Hiya, Russ! I'm so glad you flew your magic carpet past Agrabah and found your way here to planDisney!

Oh boy! It sounds like you're making plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort and have already purchased your theme park tickets. That means you're already one step closer to your magical vacation!

But oh, bother! I'm sorry to hear that you're still waiting to hear back on your theme park ticket order being processed. Russ, the length of time it takes to process your tickets depends on how you've requested delivery. When you purchase your theme park tickets, they are often delivered digitally where you would receive your confirmation number through your email. This type of delivery usually does not take very long. Once you receive this confirmation number, you can link your tickets to your account! You will be able to view these tickets by logging into your account, hovering your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, then clicking My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle over to Tickets & Memory Maker. Here, you should be able to view your theme park tickets and the Guests to whom they're linked. However, there is also an option to select either standard domestic postal service or domestic express delivery. If this is your case, then standard domestic postal service delivery would take about 7 to 14 days, and the express delivery would take about 5 days.

If you need more assistance with your theme park ticket order, or if you did not receive confirmation of your order being processed, you can feel free to reach out to one of the wonderful Cast Members! You can do this by emailing ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com or calling (407) 934-7639. They will be happy to help you with your theme park tickets and answer any other questions you may have!

No matter how you've requested your theme park tickets to be delivered, I have two next steps for you. First, make sure that you've linked your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account. Then, be sure that you've made your Theme Park Reservations using the Disney Park Pass system. This is an important step to reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip.

I hope I was able to give you some next right steps with your ticketing question, Russ! If anything else pops up, please visit us again. After all, you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
