    Marie from NC Asked

I just received my Disney World 1 day 1 park tickets, I reserved Dec. 22nd. I can not go, I did go on line and cancel my 22nd day reservation. My question - how long are these tickets good for?

    Thanks for stopping by, Marie!

Marie, it sounds like you are a pro at navigating the all-new Disney Park Pass system. While I know it is disappointing that you are not able to use your tickets on the 22nd, I do have good news for you. Your tickets will still be valid, however, you must call Guest Services at (407) 939-5277 to change the date.

Marie, if there is a difference in price between the ticket on the day that you wish to visit and the price of your current ticket, you may be subject to that price difference; however, the value that you paid for your ticket is never lost.

I hope you are able to reschedule soon, Marie. Please come back here to planDisney if we can help you with any other questions.

    See you soon!
