    I never received a confirmation email or receipt after purchasing tickets to Epcot or Magic Kingdom

    Welcome to planDisney, Gary! Your magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is just weeks away! I’m so excited for you! Thanks for stopping by with your planning question.

    First, take a look at your My Disney Experience account. If you purchased your tickets online or via your My Disney Experience App, they may already be connected to your account. If not, I think you should give Walt Disney World Ticketing a call at (407) 566-4985 or (407) 939-5277. They will be happy to help you with your tickets. 

    After your tickets are in order, you will need to make a Disney Park Pass Reservation for each person in your travel party. It’s an easy process and after a few quick clicks, you will be good to go! 

    Since your visit is right around the corner, I invite you to familiarize yourself with the Know Before You Go section of the Walt Disney World Resort website. It includes all of the information about the health and safety measures you can expect to see all over the “The Most Magical Place on Earth,” during your upcoming vacation.

    There are also some exciting updates at the Magic Kingdom Park that will be a sight to see!
