    had received complimentary tickets to DW a while ago and haven't been able to use them. There are no expiration dates on them just the word "complimentary" on them. Do I just walk up to the gates to use them? They are the hard credit card types.

    What a nice treat to receive complimentary tickets to the Walt Disney World Resorts.

    As long as your tickets are not expired, they work just any other park ticket. You can go right to the gates and use them. 

    If you have any issues at the gate, the cast member there can either correct the issue or they can direct you to Guest Relations which can help you with the tickets.
