We received complimentary passes as a prize in a contest. How do these work? Is there an expiration date? Do I just show up at the park with the passes? Thank you!

    Hi, Dean!
That's so exciting! Congrats on winning tickets to Walt Disney World Resort!

I would recommend connecting the tickets to your My Disney Experience account to see if any restrictions turn up on the ticket. If you can't see any details about the tickets online, I would recommend calling the "Existing Tickets" phone line to see if a Cast Member can help give you any additional details. Some tickets might have blackout dates. I'd have for you to get to the resort and find out you can't enter a park with your winning tickets!

I hope that helps and you're able to have a magical experience!
