Welcome to planDisney, Kate! Thanks for stopping by the Panel with your question.
I'll be happy to help you with your ticket inquiry. If you purchased your
theme park tickets online, check your email for your confirmation. Then make sure your tickets have been linked to your Disney account. Some tickets may not auto
magically appear in
My Disney Experience. To verify, visit the
Link Reservations and Tickets page on disneyworld.com.
After your theme park tickets are linked, you can view them in the
My Plans section of My Disney Experience. When you sign in to My Disney Experience or open the
My Disney Experience app, the My Plans page will have your park tickets and any hotel or dining reservations.
You will also need to make a
theme park reservation through the
Disney Park Pass system. Currently, all Guests ages 3 and older must have a park reservation to enter the theme parks. There is a
"Know Before You Go" video on disneyworld.com with instructions on how to make a park reservation. I've also shared simple step-by-step instructions below.
- Sign in to your Disney account on the My Disney Experience app.
- Select all members of your party from your family and friends list.
- Select the date you wish to visit.
- Select the park you want to visit.
- Select the time you will arrive.
- Review your reservation details and confirm.
If you go through each of these steps and are still having trouble with your park tickets or reservations, a Walt Disney World Cast Member can assist you. To contact a Cast Member, call (407) 566-4985 or email ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com.
Please let us know if we can answer any other questions before your visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth.
Have a magical day!
