    Will i receive priority seating to 'illuminations' when i book a 'candelight dinner package'

    Rosalind,

    The reserved seating that you get with the Candlelight Dinner Package is to the Candlelight Processional in the America Gardens Theater in the USA Pavilion of the Epcot World Showcase. This theater sits on the edge of the World Showcase Lagoon, but the stage area actually blocks your view of the lagoon.

    So certainly you will not be able to see the IllumiNations fireworks show from your seating there. As to getting reserved seating elsewhere in the World Showcase after the processional, no, I do not believe you get any reserved areas roped off for you in the standard package. What you will want to do is get a spot by the lagoon after your show is over.
