How do you get a receipt for a hotel stay

    Hi there, Amy!

Welcome to planDisney! I’m elated you stopped by with your question for us.

Staying in the magic takes your Disney vacation to the next level. There’s just something so special about each Disney Hotel, and my favorite part is that when you leave the theme parks, you’re not leaving the magic. It follows you to your incredible hotel with fantastical theming and magical perks! I love that Guests experience benefits like Early Entry and convenient access to the theme parks!

Amy, you’ve asked an excellent question because keeping receipts for your records is always important. If you’ve recently checked out of a Disneyland Resort Hotel, you can call the Hotel Reservations phone line, and they’ll be happy to provide you with your information.

For the receipt for a future visit, please ensure the email address you have on file in your My Disneyland Account is where you’d like to receive your hotel folio. To do this, you’ll want to log in, select “Communication Preferences,” and your email will be listed on the top of the page. Your hotel folio will be emailed to you towards the end of your future trip.

Wishing you enchanting future stays at Disneyland Resort Hotels, Amy!
