how to i get a receipt

Hello there Sandra!  Welcome to planDisney, we're so glad you're here!

I'm not sure exactly which type of receipt you're looking for, but if you are looking for a purchase you made during a recent trip to the Disneyland Resort, the first place I'd check is the email account linked to your Disneyland account.  During my trips I'll receive confirmation emails for mobile and food and beverage orders I've placed throughout the visit, and if you booked a Disneyland Resort Hotel Vacation Package, the confirmation email should have gone to your linked email account at the time you booked, along with the receipt.

If you're like me and you made some souvenir purchases during your vacation, you would have received a paper receipt with your purchase at one of the wonderful shops located throughout the Disneyland Resort.  If you used Merchandise Mobile Checkout at one of the shops, a receipt would have been sent to your linked Disneyland account, you should be able to find a copy there.  If you're looking for a previous purchase online at the Disney Store site, I'd also search your email account for the order confirmation email.

I hope this information has been helpful for you Sandra, and you find the receipt you're looking for!  If we can help with any other questions you may have, please come back to planDisney!

    Have a magical day,
