Hi there Adriana! Welcome to planDisney.
It is certainly understandable that plans may change and you might have a different Guest traveling with you on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort visit. I wanted to be sure I was providing you with the most accurate, up-to-date information, so I played around with making
Disney Park Pass reservations and reassigning tickets that I have linked to my own
My Disney Experience account. I made a Disney Park Pass reservation at Magic Kingdom Park for Person A, who had a fully unused 2-day Park Hopper Ticket linked to their name. After confirming the reservation for Person A, I reassigned the ticket to Person B. When I refreshed "My Plans" to view my Daily Itinerary, the Guest listed on the Disney Park Pass reservation had changed to Person B. The ability for a Disney Park Pass reservation to transfer with the ticket is a new feature that comes with a recent update to the Disney Park Pass reservation system. In the past, if a ticket was reassigned to a different Guest, the new Guest would then need to make a new Disney Park Pass reservation.
Keep in mind that if the ticket you wish to change is part of a vacation package that includes a stay at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you will not be able to reassign the ticket to a different Guest. Contact the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line at 407-939-1936 to modify your vacation package.
Adriana, I am wishing you a wonderful visit! Please let us know if you have any additional questions. We are always happy to help.
