    How do I reassign tickets

    Hi there, Azure! 

    It’s a delight to see you at planDisney!

    You must be thrilled that your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just around the corner! If you’re in the process of packing, I would recommend checking out planDisney’s Top 10 Packing Tips! It may help ease your mind as you feel more prepared for your magical vacation. Also, please do be sure to follow @planDisneyPanel on Instagram as we make sure to give lots of helpful tips and tricks to make your vacation feel seamless and even more magical!

    Azure, I’m happy to help you reassign your entirely unused theme park tickets! Please open up your My Disney Experience Mobile app, and follow these steps:

    -Tap on the three horizontal lines located on the bottom right corner of the screen.
    -Select Tickets and Passes
    -Locate the theme park ticket you would like to reassign and select “Reassign Ticket” underneath it. 
    -This will bring up your Family & Friends list where you will be able to select a Guest to reassign the ticket to.

    If you have any trouble with this, please don’t hesitate to call and speak to a friendly Cast Member at Existing Tickets.
