Margaret, if your tickets are a part of a
Vacation Package, you will need to give
Existing Tickets a call, and a Cast Member there will be happy to help reassign your ticket.
Another reason I would also recommend you call and speak to a Cast Member first is if you have already made
Disney Park Pass reservations for the original Guest because you may lose the reservation, and we certainly wouldn’t want that.
However, if you haven’t yet made your Disney Park Pass reservations and are reassigning standalone tickets, this can be done through your My Disney Experience account. To reassign tickets on your
My Disney Experience Mobile app, click the three horizontal lines on the bottom right of the page and then select “Tickets and Passes.” Next, swipe through your tickets until you find the one you would like to change, and under that, you will see “Reassign Ticket.” This will allow you to choose any Guest from your Family & Friends list! You can also click on “Add a Guest” to enter your Guest’s information manually.
