How do I reassign a ticket from a person who can no longer attend next week with a new name on the same reservation number?

We here at planDisney are excited to Welcome you Home to The Happiest Place on Earth. And while things may look a little different the magic still shines ever so bright for Guests and Cast Members who have patiently waited for this much-anticipated opening. As Guests move forward in planning their Disneyland vacation it is important to read the Returning to a Land of Magic page. Here Guests are able to stay up to date with guidelines and procedures happening at the Disneyland Resort.

Changing your name can not be done through your Disney Account or Disneyland mobile app. Instead, you will need to speak to a Cast Member by calling either (714) 520-6222 or (714) 781-4636, who can reassign your ticket. Please understand Cast Members are experiencing a high call volume, I recommend rising and shining early and calling immediately at 7:00 a.m. PST and prepare to hold.

As you wait, and if you have not already done so, download the Disneyland mobile app. This is your vacation hub where you can link your tickets, have contactless entry, place mobile food orders, check wait times at your favorite attractions among other things. Become comfortable navigating this handy-dandy tool. And catch up on exciting news by following the Disney Parks Blog. Things are changing daily and this is a great place to stay up to date.

If I can be of any further assistance feel free to ask and may your upcoming visit be filled with many magical and memorable moments.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
