We really wanted to go to dinner at 1900 Park Fare, but no times are available during our visit. Do the characters ever visit in the lobby, or are they only in the dining hall? Any suggestions about other places to meet the Stepmother and Stepsisters?

The characters appearing at meals in resorts almost never venture into the hotel lobbies. I'd say that it would be extremely unlikely for you to see Anastasia, Drizella, and Lady Tremaine anywhere in the Grand Floridian other than within the 1900 Park Fare restaurant itself. But that doesn't mean you can't meet these incredibly comical characters elsewhere.

When we had our Moms Panel training this past December, the "Steps" had their very own meet and greet area just outside the castle in the Magic Kingdom. I bet they were busy plotting about how to claw their way inside :-)  But the best way to figure out exactly where and when you can meet the Stepmother and Stepsisters, or any other specific character, is to stop by the guest relations office at any of the theme parks. Ask them to call the "character hotline" for you and they will be able to tell you exactly where the Steps will be at the time of your visit.

    Have a great trip!
