I really want my two kids together in the Oceaneer Club but, one of them recently turned 13? Can she still register?

    Ahoy, Marla!

You'll be sailing into the sunset on your Disney Cruise later this week! Are you about to burst with excitement? I know I can hardly sleep the week of my Disney Cruise vacations because I'm anticipating all the fun that awaits my crew!

Disney Cruise Line offers amazing youth programming for ages 3-17. The Oceaneer Club and Oceaneer Lab are designed for ages 3-12, so your older princess will not be able to participate in the secured programming since she has turned 13. She will be able to check out Edge, which is for 11-14 year olds. But, I do have some good news about the youth programming. Each day, the Oceaneer Club, Oceaneer Lab, Edge and Vibe (ages 14-17) all offer an Open House, which means a Guest of any age can visit the space. These designed times will be the perfect opportunity for your kiddos to enjoy the themed areas together. The Open House hours will be listed in the daily cruise newsletter, the Personal Navigator and the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, so you'll be able to plan accordingly each day.

There are so many activities and areas of the ship for your children to enjoy together besides the youth spaces. They can swim, play on the sports deck, sing karaoke, participate in a game show, learn how to draw a Disney Character, visit with a Disney Character, see a first-run movie and enjoy an ice cream on deck! The options (and Magic) will be endless!

Have a WONDERful time on your cruise, Marla and Bon Voyage!
