Is it really a savings to do the meal plan?

    Hi Cynthia,

This is probably one of our top questions! However, no one on this panel can answer it. Only you can answer it.

I love the meal plan if I am going to eat at more expensive restaurants or go to dinner shows, am travelling with a teenager who will eat anything and everything or I want to have a fixed cost for my food budget.

How I decide on the Dining Plan? I go to Allearsnet.com and look at the menus for the restaurants I am going to eat at during my trip. I figure out the cost of the meal and then add it up for my trip. If I am close to the Dining Plan price or over it, I buy it. If I am under, I pay out of pocket.

For me personally, the Dining Plan provides more food than I can eat. I can not eat an appetizer, main course and dessert every night. It is too much food. Also, the counter service meal comes with a dessert so this provides an extra snack is well.

Finally, if you have children under nine, I would go for it. The price of the plan for them is worth it to purchase for the rest of the family.

    Bon appetite!
