Hi Shantina and welcome to
planDisney! Thanks so much for sending me your question! Please don’t worry one bit. I’m happy to help you figure this out.
The first thing I do whenever I have issues with my apps, is update them. Just make sure the My Disney Experience app is updated before you try to link your tickets again. Once you’ve done that, look for the email you received when you purchased your tickets on the app. Once you’ve found it, you will see that it has a confirmation number.
Use this webpage to link your ticket to your account. The page will also help you link just about any reservation including dining reservations,
Disney Resort Hotel reservations and even Memory Maker to your account.
Once your tickets are linked, you can go ahead and make your
Disney Park Pass Reservations. If you don’t find the theme parks that you want to visit available, don’t worry! Keep refreshing that page every day until you find availability. I had a friend call me in a full-blown panic recently, because she was hoping to make park reservations for her son’s birthday in June. She eventually was able to find those all-important reservations and you will too!
Shantina, if for whatever reason, you aren’t able to visit at the end of June, those
tickets will still be valid. The money you paid for them will not be lost, I promise! I had to cancel a December 2020 trip and I was able to use those dated tickets I purchased for an upcoming trip. Just reach out to a friendly Cast Member at (407) 939-4277 and they will sort it all out!
I hope I’ve been able to help. Please come back to see us if you need any advice planning your
magical Summer visit! It’s always my pleasure to help you with all the details!
Have a wonderful time!
Veronica
