Really like the dinner menus at Chef Mickey's and the Crystal Palace. Will 3 adults, mom, dad and 22 year old be out of place at character dining restaurants. 22 yr old son leary about going to either of them based on his age. Thanks for your help!!!

    Hi Roxanne,

I love Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace! There is always a great selection at the buffets and the food is delicious.

My husband and I have been enjoying character dining experiences long before we had children and I still return there often when I travel with my girlfriends. As a matter of fact, the entire Disney World Moms Panel planned a dinner there for our upcoming Disney World get together, and very few of us are traveling with our children. The atmosphere in the restaurants is lively and fun. There is no need to feel out of place. I can guarantee that if you look around either location, you will see numerous tables dining with "grown-up kids" only.

What better place than Disney World to embrace a little of your inner child and have fun. it is a great time to visit with Mickey, Goofy, Pooh, Tigger and their many pals. Tell your son-Hakuna Matata, no worries! He will feel quite at home and I can promise you no one will ask where your kids are-at Disney we are all kids at heart.

Have a great time and say hi to Eeyore for me!
