I really want to do Up Close with Rhinos - and I will be in Animal Kingdom November 13, 16 and 17. The slots were all filled by 6 am 60 days out. What are my chances for a cancellation?

Hi Marianne and welcome to planDisney!

I love that there is so much more to do at Walt Disney World than just visit the theme parks.  The Enchanting Extras Collection has many fantastic tours and experiences to choose from and they are all wonderful.  I did the Caring for Giants tour at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park a few years ago and it was amazing to see the elephants from a different viewpoint than from Kilimanjaro Safaris.  The Up Close with Rhinos experience is on the top of my to-do list!

Tours and experiences typically book up pretty fast once they are released into the system and since Up Close with Rhinos only has one experience per day, this one goes really quickly.  It is entirely possible that there will be cancellations as Guests are constantly changing their plans, so the best advice I have is just to keep checking for availability.  Since reservations for this experience can be made online, it's easy to pop on and do a quick search instead of having to call to book.  If you are interested in seeing the elephants, Caring for Giants has availability on the dates you will be there, so that's something to consider as an alternative.

Please stop back by and visit if you have any additional vacation planning questions.

    Have a magical day!
