I just realized I missed out on the Wine and Dine for 2020. Any idea of when registration date for 2021 will be? I wanted to make sure I have it on my Calendar.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Renee! I enjoy running, but I LOVE food, so I guess you could say that I run to eat! This is especially the case when it comes to runDisney, and the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend is the perfect combination!

I know how disappointed you must have felt when you realized most of the 2020 Disney Wine & Dine Weekend Events are sold out. For the last three years, race registration opened up for this event in early to mid-March (this year it was March 10), so I'd expect a similar time frame for 2021. This race weekend is super popular since it coincides with the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. Here's a Moms Panel tip: sign up to receive emails through the runDisney website and then follow them on social media, such as Twitter and Facebook.

Many charities, such as the Children's Miracle Network and the American Cancer Society, will have bibs for this year's race, but be aware they all have fundraising minimums. Also, keep in mind that charities do not have access to the exclusive Post-Race Party at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival if that is important to you. If you'd like more information on this option, call runDisney at (407) 939-iRUN (4786).

In the meantime, Renee, start working on your training program for 2021 and think about entering some local events in your area if you'd like to submit a proof of time. I wish you the best of luck!

Meet the Panelist: Eean, Pennsylvania

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania! I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique. It's incredible how many people you can find who love talking about "The Most Magical Place On Earth!" I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at my monthly Bunco club for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
