    From my reading of other posts here, it appears that you can't buy the Disney Dining Plan without also buying Magic Your Way park tickets. Is that true? So annual passholders can't get the DDP, since they have on need to buy tickets?

    Hi Sharon,

    In general guests do have to purchase all three components of a Magic Your Way package together, the room, the tickets, and the meal plan. However, there are exceptions to this rule for annual pass holders (who do not need to purchase tickets) and Disney Vacation Club members (who may use their DVC points to get a room).

    Personally, when making a reservation of this sort (with the annual pass exception), I find it easier to make the reservation by talking to an actual person rather than online. You can do this by calling 407-W-DISNEY.
