I am reading up on the Pirate Adventure Cruises and everything I see is saying they have a lunch with PB&J Uncrustables when they get back. My son is allergic to peanuts an I am wondering if they offer a substitute for the sandwich? Thank you!

    Ahoy Mariah!

Thanks for visiting us here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  The Pirate Adventure Cruises are a great way for little swashbucklers to live the pirate life for a couple hours on the "high seas" around Walt Disney World.  At the end of the adventure, kids split up the booty they've discovered along the way (otherwise known as snacks by us landlubbers).  Although peanut butter and jelly sandwiches were once offered among the choices, I've been assured by Cast Members at Disney Recreation that those are no longer even available as an option.  Instead, kids now have their pick of things like pretzels and goldfish crackers for the snacks, and juice boxes or bottled water for drinks.  They do call this a "snack," so your little pirates might still need lunch once they regain their land legs.  The cruises run daily for 4 different ports, but I'd recommend making a reservation in advance if you want to guarantee a spot on board.  You can do that by calling (407) WDW-PLAY (939-7529).

Wishing you a most magical vacation, Mariah!  Please let us know if you have any other questions we can help answer.
