I was reading about different options for getting autographs and saw that some people used a 9" blank vinylmation. There was conflicting information on whether or not characters can sign them. Are the characters able to sign the blank vinylmations?

Magical Character experiences really set Disney Parks vacations apart from any other destination. One of my favorite recent Walt Disney World Resort memories involves our daughters dancing the night away with Bolt in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It's a real hoot!

In my lifetime of visiting Disney Parks, I have only seen a character decline to sign electronics, skin, or an article of clothing while it is being worn. I believe that a Vinylmation figure could be a unique, permissible souvenir.

I do have a few tips to ensure that your next character experience goes smoothly:

Since the Vinylmation might be difficult to grip for some of our larger-pawed friends such as Pluto, you might consider bringing a back-up so you can still score that coveted mark.
Bring along 2 thick, permanent markers. It’s always a great idea to have a Plan B in case one marker doesn’t quite last through several friends.
Consider bringing along a hard covered book so that our character friends can rest this lucky figure if they need to sign at a strange angle.
A sense of humor goes a long way!  Remember to have fun in your quest!

    Wishing you many magical moments!
