Ahoy, Mayra!
When you arrive to the cruise terminal to board any Disney Cruise Line ship, there is a health questionnaire that is required to be filled out that day. It asks about the health of your travel party and pertains to that day and the few days prior, so it is not able to be filled out before you arrive. It is a small half-sheet of paper and takes only moments to fill out.
Once you do this, you take it with all of your other
documents that you have already printed out, along with your passports, to do your check-in. I have found the Disney Cruise Line cast members who do the check-in to be extremely quick and efficient.
There are character meet and greets in the cruise terminal, so be sure to check that out while you are waiting to board! You also can get your children's Mickey bands for the Oceaneer Club and Oceaneer Lab while in the cruise terminal so that you don't have to worry about it once you are onboard.
I hope this helps with your planning and that you have a great Disney Cruise Line voyage!
Happy Cruising, Tracy V.
