I read tto add a dining plan, you must have a package of resort plus at least 1 day of park tickets. Do tickets to the Not-So-Scary Halloween Party qualify as park tickets for this purpose? (We already have non-expiring park days left)

    Hi Brian!

Your understanding is correct: to add the dining plan to your reservation, you'll need to purchase a package. Unfortunately tickets for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party will not count as theme park tickets for the purposes of dining plan.

However, if you'd like to add tickets, you can add one day tickets (or longer) and save them for a vacation at another time. In general, ticket prices rise each year - so you can think of this as a way to save a little on your next Disney trip!

Sorry I didn't have better news for you, but I hope you have a great time anyways!
