    I have read that taking a picnic lunch to Tom Sawyer Island was a great idea! Is there a quick service/counter service restaurant that you can get food "to go" to take over to Tom Sawyer?

    You heard right! Tom Sawyer Island is a great place to have a relaxing lunch. I suggest stopping by Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Café to pick up lunch. You can tell them you would like your meal to-go then walk across the walkway to the raft headed to the island.
