    I just read where they started refurbishing the Main Street Confectionery. Does anyone know how long this will take and if the store will be open during this time? Thanks!

    I understand your fear. The Main Street Confectionery is a MUST VISIT stop for me during every trip to Walt Disney World. The fudge there and I have a very special relationship :-)

    No worries, it is only the exterior of the building that is undergoing refurbishment. When I was at the Magic Kingdom, the outside of the building was wrapped with a decorative covering to mask the refurbishment work. But the inside of the store was going full force. All of the super yummy treats were available including krispie treats, cotton candy, packaged sweets, and yes, my beloved fudge.
