    I read somewhere that gratuities are included in Cinderella's Royal Table (when using dining plan) but when I talked to the rep at Disney Dining, she said it wasn't included. Can you clarify?

    I spoke with Disney Dining and was given the same information that you were: Gratuities are not included with the Dining Plan, including Cinderella's Royal Table. You will still need to budget separately for the tip.
