Laura,
Yes, there are fireworks cruises that are a truly special and memorable way to see the show! Naturally you can rent a
specialty cruise on your own at many of the marinas. In this, you get your own boat to watch the show. But that can get rather expensive.
A truly fantastic way to do it, and more affordable too, is to try the Magical Fireworks Voyage. Formerly only for people on Grand Gatherings guests, it is now open to anyone. They are changing the name to the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage, and all you need to do is call 407-939-7529 to make your reservation.
This is a very popular experience, so make sure you make you reservation at the earliest date possible, which is 90 days out, just like a dining reservation. The cost last time I went was around $40 per adult, less per child.
There is also a Breathless tour of the Epcot fireworks, but it is pretty pricey. Still, a beautiful boat from which to watch a great show.
I hope that this helps!
Have a magical vacation!
