Hi, Laryssa! I have wonderful news for you! You will be able to use your Disney Dining Plan snack credits at all of the Walt Disney World Resort dining locations you mentioned. The "Dining Plans Not Accepted" notation that you see on the WaltDisneyWorld.com pages for Gaston's Tavern and Plaza Ice Cream Parlor refers to the inability to use a quick-service or table-service dining credit to put together a meal. However, there are plenty of delicious ways to use your snack credits at these locations!
My favorite way to use a Disney Dining Plan snack credit is at any of the Starbucks locations across the Resort. To me, there is no more magical way to start my day at Magic Kingdom Park than at
Main Street Bakery, where you can purchase any (ANY!) size hand-crafted beverage. Who needs pixie dust when you can have a Venti Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino? Well, the kids need that pixie dust to keep up with Mom when I am fully caffeinated! There is one notable dining plan exception at this location. You will be able to use a Quick-Service credit here at breakfast to purchase any bakery item or breakfast sandwich along with a beverage, including coffee beverages.
At
Plaza Ice Cream Parlor, you will be able to enjoy any ice cream concoction that is made with up to two scoops of ice cream with your snack credit. Feel like a Plaza Ice Cream Sundae, complete with hot fudge and waffle bowl? Want to try the most delicious cookie ice cream sandwich in Magic Kingdom Park? You can, with one little snack credit! Want to go all out and dive into Mickey's Kitchen Sink Sundae? Sorry, you are going to need cash for that cute little bowl.
I hope this information helps you plan your day at Magic Kingdom Park. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
