    I read in a prior response of yours, that you could pick-up your theme park tickets 24 prior to check-in,is this true, one at dis travel said yes and another no, our flights arrive the day before check-in (package),

    I am sorry, but I can't recall saying that in a reply to a question. If you can send me a follow-up question with the date of that reply, I would appreciate it so that I can ensure I was correct in my reply.

    As to your specific question, while I am not 100% sure, I think that you would need to make special arrangements to get those tickets early. But I would assume that if you have made such plans, that you certainly would be able to get them early. This will probably involve having your tickets being separate from your room key, but I have had that on recent Disney-reserved vacations before, so you should be fine.

    I would work with the Disney agent to nail down the specifics of how and where you would get them delivered to you, or picked up. They probably would mail them to you well in advance of your visit.
