I have read that there are princess dresses for sale at WDW in child sizes. Do you know what sizes they go up to? My child is wearing a 12 to 14. Thanks

There are princess dresses for children for sale all over Walt Disney World. The largest size available is a 12 and I should warn you that, in my experience, the dresses tend to run a bit small. You are welcome to bring a princess costume from home for your daughter to wear in the parks. There are many online costume website that sell official Disney princess gear in larger sizes. One that I've had success with in the past is buycostumes.com, but there are dozens of others as well.

You may be wondering why there are not larger costumes in the parks. Children are welcome to wear costumes in the parks at any time; however, adults may only wear costumes in the parks during special events such as Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party. Sizes larger than 12 are a tricky area for this. If your daughter looks more like a teen or adult, she should perhaps skip the costume. If she definitely looks like a kid, then feel free to dress up.
