Hi! I read a question/response about not being able to get into to Disney Springs (if it is at full capacity) even if having a dinner reservation there. My question: will the restaurant charge you the $10 per guest fee if you don’t make that reservation?

    Welcome back, Kristin!

It sounds like you are a Walt Disney World Resort pro and have done plenty of research for your upcoming vacation.

Kristin, while I have not heard of anyone missing a dining reservation due to capacity restrictions at Disney Springs, I have verified that if you have a dining reservation that you are unable to make due to capacity issues, you will not be charged the $10 per person no show fee. If you are unable to enter Disney Springs, I recommend that you call (407) 824-1391 and let them know why you will not be arriving at your reservation.

I hope that this helped, Kristin and I sincerely wish that I was be joining you at Disney Springs, especially if you decide to visit my favorite restaurant, The BOATHOUSE®. Please come back here to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if we can help answer any other questions you have about updates to the Walt Disney World Resort experience.

    See you real soon!
